Today I will introduce you to a fairly simple baked goods that can be easily done on weekdays. Read my instructions below on how to make a yolk muffin.

Ingredients
Flour – 400 Grams
Butter – 140 Grams
Sugar – 250 Grams
Yolks – 5 Pieces
Egg – 1 Piece
Milk – 0.5 cups
Baking powder – 2 Teaspoons
Vanillin – 1 Gram
Chocolate – 50 Grams
Sprinkling – To taste
Directions
Whisk 120 g of softened butter with sugar. Add yolks and egg and continue beating.
Sift flour, baking powder, and vanillin into the egg mixture. Heat the milk a little, also pour it into the dough. Mix everything to a single consistency.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cover the baking dish with parchment, pour the dough into it.
Bake for 55 minutes.
While the cake is cooking, add the frosting. Melt the remaining butter with the chocolate. Cover the cooled muffin with icing and garnish with confectionery sprinkles on top.
