Ingredients
Ingredients- Flour – 400 Grams
- Butter – 140 Grams
- Sugar – 250 Grams
- Yolks – 5 Pieces
- Egg – 1 Piece
- Milk – 0.5 cups
- Baking powder – 2 Teaspoons
- Vanillin – 1 Gram
- Chocolate – 50 Grams
- Sprinkling – To taste

- Whisk 120 g of softened butter with sugar. Add yolks and egg and continue beating.
- Sift flour, baking powder, and vanillin into the egg mixture. Heat the milk a little, also pour it into the dough. Mix everything to a single consistency.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cover the baking dish with parchment, pour the dough into it.
- Bake for 55 minutes.
- While the cake is cooking, add the frosting. Melt the remaining butter with the chocolate. Cover the cooled muffin with icing and garnish with confectionery sprinkles on top.
