Cupcake “Snowflake”

The muffin is cooked pretty quickly, and the main ingredients are very simple – condensed milk and eggs.

Ingredients

  • Condensed milk (not boiled) – 1 can (380 g)
  • Chicken egg – 1-2 pcs. (depending on size)
  • Potato starch – 6 tbsp
  • Soda – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • or baking powder
  • Little lemon zest
  • (but lemon juice is better – already tested)

Directions

  1. Everything is whipped very well and poured into a “brick” shape, which is greased with butter.
  2. Bake the cake in condensed milk in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees until tender (about half an hour, but the baking time depends on who has which oven). Check with a splinter (wooden stick).
  3. Then let the cake cool down for a couple of minutes and you can treat your family or guests. My son loves to eat Snowflake cake with tea.
