Raisins, chocolate and nuts make the cake delicious. These additives do not mix, so we bite off a piece of cake with chocolate, then with raisins or nuts and enjoy it with coffee or tea.
Ingredients
Eggs – 4 pcs.
Margarine for baking or butter – 150 g
Sugar – 150 g
Baking powder – 2 teaspoon
Black chocolate – 50 g
Walnuts – 50 g
Raisins – 50 g
Flour – 250-300g *
For glaze:
Black chocolate – 50 g
Milk – 2 tbsp
Butter – 30 g
Confectionery powder
Directions
Soak the raisins in warm water, and then dry them.
Chop the chocolate with a knife, chop the nuts with a rolling pin. Melt the margarine and grind with sugar. Beat some eggs and add to the oil mixture. Mix flour with baking powder. Knead a thin dough.
Divide the dough into three parts and mix each part separately with chocolate, nuts and raisins. Cover the baking dish with parchment and oil.
We spread the dough in the form with balls, without mixing: first the dough with nuts, then – the dough with chocolate and on top – the dough with raisins. The dough can be leveled with a wooden spatula moistened with water. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake a cake with nuts and raisins for 40-45 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a match. It must be dry.
Let the cake stand for 10-15 minutes and remove from the mold. Let’s prepare the icing. To do this, melt the chocolate in a water bath or at low power in the microwave and mix it with milk and butter.
Cover the cake with icing on all sides. Sprinkle on top with confectionery powder.
