Ingredients

Eggs – 3 pcs.
Margarine (softened) – 100 g
Sugar – 0.5 cups (more to taste)
Flour – 1 glass
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Powdered sugar (for decoration) – to taste

Instructions

Break the eggs into a bowl.
Add sugar.
Add margarine.
Pour in the sifted flour.
Add baking powder.
Mix everything until smooth (with a mixer).
Place paper cups in a silicone muffin tin. Fill the cups halfway with the dough.
Preheat the oven. Bake muffins at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes (or slightly longer, until golden brown).
These are the cupcakes.
Sprinkle icing sugar over the cooled muffins.
