Basic cupcake recipe. The simplest but most delicious cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Margarine (softened) – 100 g
  • Sugar – 0.5 cups (more to taste)
  • Flour – 1 glass
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Powdered sugar (for decoration) – to taste

Directions

  1. Break the eggs into a bowl.
  2. Add sugar.
  3. Add margarine.
  4. Pour in the sifted flour.
  5. Add baking powder.
  6. Mix everything until smooth (with a mixer).
  7. Place paper cups in a silicone muffin tin. Fill the cups halfway with the dough.
    Preheat the oven. Bake muffins at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes (or slightly longer, until golden brown).
  8. These are the cupcakes.
  9. Sprinkle icing sugar over the cooled muffins.
