Curd cakes are somehow deprived of attention, but this is completely in vain, because they are very tender and tasty, especially if they are prepared according to GOST.

Ingredients
Flour – 287 g
Butter – 155 g
Sugar – 330 g
Cottage cheese 18% fat – 260 g
Chicken eggs – 160 g (3 pcs.)
Baking powder for dough – 16 g (2 teaspoon)
Instructions
Beat the softened butter with a mixer for 2-3 minutes. Without stopping to work with a mixer, gradually add sugar.
Add eggs one at a time and beat.
We introduce cottage cheese and mix. Cottage cheese is recommended 18% fat. It is also recommended to grind it through a sieve. (I do not know the percentage of fat content of my cottage cheese, since it was bought on the market. I did not grind it through a sieve, because it is already crumbly.)
Sift flour with baking powder. Stir with a spatula or spoon. Do not interfere for a long time, because the dough may “tighten” and will not rise well when baking.
Grease the cake pan with butter, margarine, or fat. Then sprinkle with something: flour, semolina or, like me, chopped cookies.
Pour the dough into the prepared mold. According to GOST, the curd cake should be baked for 55 minutes, at 180 degrees. You will still be guided by your oven. I really baked it for exactly 55 minutes.
The curd cake according to GOST turned out to be bombastic.
