  • Flour – 200 Grams
  • Butter – 100 grams
  • Sugar – 50 Grams (+ 120 grams for the filling)
  • Cottage cheese – 500 grams
  • Eggs – 3 Pieces
  • Vanilla Sugar – 10 Grams

Curd Cake Crumb Instructions

  1. We put in a deep plate: butter (grated), sugar and flour.
  2. We grind everything into crumbs with our hands. We put it in the refrigerator.
  3. Cooking the filling. Put in a deep container: sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar and cottage cheese.
  4. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
  5. Lubricate the baking dish with butter. We spread half of the sand crumbs into the mold, level them.
  6. Pour out the curd filling.

  7. Spread the remaining crumbs evenly. We bake the cake in the oven for 50 minutes, temperature 180 degrees.
  8. The finished cake is light golden in color.
  9. Cool the cake and serve.
