Delicious, airy, and fluffy curd casserole with cherries. It couldn’t be tastier!
Ingredients
Cottage cheese – 600 g
Egg – 4 pcs.
Sugar – 150 g
Starch – 2 tbsp
Vanillin – on the tip of a knife
Sweet cherry – 200 g
Butter – 1 teaspoon.
Directions
Grind cottage cheese with sugar, add vanillin on the tip of a knife. Separate the whites from the yolks.
Send the yolks to the curd, mix. Add the starch and whisk everything well (preferably with an immersion blender).
Beat the whites with a mixer until stable peaks. (To whip up the whites well, add a couple of drops of lemon juice before whipping.) Gently add the whipped whites into the curd mass, stir with a spatula from the bottom to top.
We shift the curd mass into a mold greased with butter. Layout the pitted cherries on top, pressing them a little into the curd mass.
Cooking cottage cheese casserole for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. Curd casserole with cherries is ready.
