Curd casserole with raisins and raspberries

Cottage cheese is a very tasty and healthy product that is widely used in cooking. Cottage cheese is used to make cheesecakes, cheesecakes, dumplings, curd puddings, and much more. We want to offer you a simple recipe for curd casserole with raisins.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 500 g
  • Sugar – 125 g
  • Vanilla sugar – 10 g
  • Eggs – 5 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 50 g
  • Butter – 25 g
  • Raisins – 75 g
  • Bread crumbs – 80 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch

For lubrication:

  • Butter (or margarine) – for the form
  • Yolk (or sour cream)

Directions

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks for five eggs.
  2. Add a pinch of salt to the proteins and beat at high speed to form a strong foam.
  3. Put 25 grams of butter in a separate bowl, add 125 grams of granulated sugar and one packet of vanilla sugar. We grind until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add 5 yolks, continue to grind until sugar dissolves.
  4. Add 50 grams of sour cream to the resulting mixture, mix and add 500 grams of cottage cheese.
  5. Grind the mass well, add 75 grams of raisins and 80 grams of crackers.
  6. Mix, add half of the whipped whites, gently mix the whites into the mixture. And while continuing to stir, add the remaining whipped egg whites.
  7. Cover the bottom of a detachable mold with a diameter of 24 centimeters with baking paper and grease the bottom and walls of the mold with butter or margarine. Gently spread the mass into a baking dish, grease the surface of the casserole with yolk or sour cream.
  8. We bake the curd casserole in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45-55 minutes. We check the readiness with a wooden stick. Put the finished cottage cheese casserole on a wire rack. You can serve the curd casserole with raisins to the table hot. Or you can cool on a wire rack, garnish with butter or sour cream, berries and serve with tea or coffee.
