Ingredients

  • 1 point puff pastry
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark / low-fat curd cheese)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), remove the grated zest
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk, semi-fat
  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)
  • 40 grams sugar
  • 150 g blueberries
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Clean the blueberries. Make a thick pudding with the milk and sugar according to the instructions on the packet. Let cool down. Mix the curd cheese with the egg yolk, lemon zest and vanilla sugar. Add the cooled pudding and stir well. Finally, carefully fold in the blueberries. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry, pour the curd cream on the first third of the puff pastry. Now curl up into a strudel. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and prick several times with a fork.
  3. Put in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
