Ingredients

  • 250 g quark
  • 120 g suar
  • 2 tablespoon semolina
  • 0.5 ½ pack custard powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • 1 egg (s)
  • some water
  • 1 point puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf
  • possibly raisins (rum raisins)

Instructions

  1. Mix the milk, pudding powder, sugar and semolina, bring to the boil in a saucepan and allow to cool. Mix the quark with the egg and add to the pudding mixture. Spread the mixture on the puff pastry and roll up.
  2. Prick the dough with a fork, brush with egg yolk or egg white and sprinkle with a little water. Bake at approx. 170 - 180 ° C hot air (preheated) for approx. 20 - 30 minutes.
  3. If you like, you can also fold in a handful of raisins soaked in rum.
