Ingredients

  • 250 g quark (curd cheese)
  • 250 ml whipped cream (cream)
  • 100 g chocolate, white, rated
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoon egg liqueur
  • 120 g spone cake, crumbled
  • 6 tablespoon egg liqueur
  • 500 ml red grits, ready-made
  • Advocaat

Instructions

  1. Mix the biscuit crumbs with 6 tablespoon egg liqueur.
  2. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and mix with curd cheese, powdered sugar, liqueur to taste and chocolate flakes.
  3. Spread the curd cream on large dessert glasses, place the breadcrumbs on top and drizzle with a little more egg liqueur. Put the red fruit jelly on top.
