Ingredients
- 250 g quark (curd cheese)
- 250 ml whipped cream (cream)
- 100 g chocolate, white, rated
- 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoon egg liqueur
- 120 g spone cake, crumbled
- 6 tablespoon egg liqueur
- 500 ml red grits, ready-made
- Advocaat

- Mix the biscuit crumbs with 6 tablespoon egg liqueur.
- Whip the whipped cream until stiff and mix with curd cheese, powdered sugar, liqueur to taste and chocolate flakes.
- Spread the curd cream on large dessert glasses, place the breadcrumbs on top and drizzle with a little more egg liqueur. Put the red fruit jelly on top.
