  • 250 g quark, (curd cheese)
  • 200 ml whipped cream, (cream)
  • 80 g powdered suar
  • 60 ml egg liqueur
  • 1 can peach (s), in wedges (medium size)
  • Advocaat

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream until stiff, mix with the curd, sugar and egg liqueur.
  2. Pour the cream into glasses alternately with the peaches, top with cream, make small indentations and pour a little egg liqueur over them.
