Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with the yogurt, lemon juice, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Beat in the whipped cream and fold in. Cut the fruit into small pieces and mix with the cream or fill in layers into cream bowls. Decorate the cream with pieces of fruit.
