  • Cottage cheese – 500 g
  • Milk – 500 ml
  • Sour cream – 150 g
  • Sugar – 200 g
  • Gelatin – 30 g
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Chocolate (for decoration) – to taste

  1. Pour gelatin into a saucepan, pour milk, and set aside until it swells.

  2. Pour the cottage cheese into a blender bowl, interrupt at medium speed. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and interrupt for about 2 minutes. Add sour cream and interrupt until sugar dissolves.
  3. Put a saucepan with milk and gelatin over low heat and stir all the time with a spoon until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Do not boil, just warm up! While the milk is cooling, cut the bananas.
  4. Beat the curd mass and slowly pour in the milk and gelatin. Stir until smooth.
  5. Pour some of the jelly into any baking dish, put the bananas on top, fill in the jelly. So we continue to the very top of the form – layout the bananas and fill in the jelly. The last layer is jelly.

  6. We cover the mold with cling film, but the cottage cheese dessert in the refrigerator for at least 7 hours, preferably at night.
  7. Gently separate the frozen jelly along the edges of the mold with a silicone spatula. We cover the form with a dish, turn it over, shake it a little, if necessary, remove the form.
  8. We decorate the curd dessert with grated chocolate.
