Curd Donuts in 10 Minutes

Curd donuts are fried very quickly. Donut dough is also quick and easy to prepare. Curd donuts in 10 minutes are real!

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 1 pack (200 g)
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Flour – 1 glass
  • Baking powder – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Vegetable oil for frying – 300-400 g
  • Powdered sugar – to taste

Directions

  1. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, add eggs, salt.
  2. Add sugar. Mix.
  3. Add flour, baking powder. Mix.
  4. Roll the dough into balls the size of a walnut. Roll in flour.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil well. Dip the balls gently into the hot oil as they expand. Donuts are fried quickly, you need to monitor their readiness, turn them over if necessary.
  6. So the curd donuts are ready in 10 minutes. Sprinkle the finished donuts with icing sugar.
