Curd Donuts with Raisins

Curd donuts with raisin filling.

Ingredients

  • cottage cheese – 1 kg
  • sugar – 1 glass
  • salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • eggs – 2 pcs.
  • soda – completely on the tip of a teaspoon
  • flour is added until thickened
  • raisins
  • banana
  • vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Knead the dough from cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, salt, soda, and flour. Flour is added until the dough thickens so that you can mold balls from it with wet hands (you need to sculpt small balls so that they bake in the middle). I also added raisins and a banana to the middle.
  2. Cook the donuts in a large amount of vegetable oil, turning over to fry on all sides.
