Curd Dough

Curd dough is the easiest and fastest to prepare.

Cook: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 250 g
  • Flour – 280 g
  • Sugar – 100 gr.
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Measure and sift flour.
  2. Mix flour and baking powder.
  3. Melt the butter in a frying pan over low heat until liquid and cool slightly.
  4. Rub the curd well through a sieve, but not in principle.
  5. Add cottage cheese, butter to the flour mixture and mix.
  6. Beat the egg and sugar with a mixer.
  7. Pour the beaten egg into the curd mixture and knead the dough.
  8. Our curd dough is ready.
