Curd dough is the easiest and fastest to prepare.

- Measure and sift flour.
- Mix flour and baking powder.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan over low heat until liquid and cool slightly.
- Rub the curd well through a sieve, but not in principle.
- Add cottage cheese, butter to the flour mixture and mix.
- Beat the egg and sugar with a mixer.
- Pour the beaten egg into the curd mixture and knead the dough.
- Our curd dough is ready.
