Curd Gingerbread with Cherry Jam

Such a cottage cheese casserole is very unusual, but always delicious!

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 200 g
  • Cherry jam – 250 g
  • Kefir – 250 ml
  • Sugar – 0.5 cups
  • Oil – 50 g
  • Flour – 2 cups
  • Soda – 0.5 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Pour soda into the jam. Mix.
  2. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with the jam.
  3. Add kefir and sugar. To stir thoroughly.
  4. Add flour gradually. Melt butter.
  5. Pour the butter into the dough and mix again.
  6. Turn on the oven. Put the dough into a mold, flatten. Bake the curd gingerbread for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.
  7. The curd gingerbread is ready.
