Ingredients

  • 4 sheets gelatin
  • 500 g thick milk, can also be low in fat
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice
  • 400 ml cream
  • 450 g strawberries or other fruits

Instructions

  1. Soak gelatin. Mix the curd milk, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice thoroughly. Mix the gelatine with a little water in the microwave for about 450 20 seconds. Dissolve and then stir in, add to the curd. Then fold in the whipped cream and chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Puree the strawberries or other fruits and spread them over the cream as a mirror.
