Curd Mousse with Dates, Coconut and Cocoa

Delicate curd dessert with coconut flakes, dates, and cocoa are prepared without added sugar.

- Put gelatin in milk, leave for 10 minutes to swell. Melt the swollen gelatin over low heat, not boiling.
- Put the curd in a bowl.
- Peel the dates, add them to the curd.
- Add cocoa powder and coconut flakes. Pour in the gelatin with milk.
- Beat well with a blender.
- Pour the mass into bowls, refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Decorate the top with cottage cheese and chocolate dessert with dates to your liking. I garnished it with coconut and frozen blackberries.
