Curd Pancakes

By adding cottage cheese to the pancake dough, you will get thin pancakes with an unusual taste and surprise your family. The recipe for custard cottage cheese pancakes in milk is very easy and quick.

Ingredients

  • Flour – 150 g
  • Cottage cheese – 150 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Milk – 150 g
  • Hot water – 120 g
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon

Directions

  1. First of all, beat eggs with sugar with a mixer.
  2. Then add all the other ingredients except oil and water. Mix and beat again with a mixer. (If you use a hand whisk, add the ingredients one at a time to keep the dough free from lumps.)
  3. Add vegetable oil to the pancake curd dough so that the pancakes do not burn.
  4. Add hot water and start whisking again. (Adjust the amount of water yourself, because it all depends on whether it is dry or wet curd.)
  5. Before baking the first pancake, grease the pan with oil (do not grease the pan all subsequent times).
    Pour some custard pancake dough into the pan and stretch it along the bottom, rotating the pan in a circle. Fry a thin pancake on one side until golden brown.
  6. On the other hand, keep the pancake in the pan for just a couple of seconds.

Custard curd pancakes with milk are ready.
