Curd Pudding with Strawberries

I would like to suggest that you make a simple pudding with cottage cheese and strawberries. Cooking takes 5-10 minutes, and you just have to wait for the curd pudding to bake. It often serves as my breakfast. Cooking is simple, and it turns out very tasty!

Ingredients
- Strawberry – 300 g
- Cottage cheese (low-fat) – 400 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Sugar – 4 tbsp
- Starch – 1 tbsp
Directions
- We prepare cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, starch, and strawberries.
- In a mixer bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, and starch.
- Beat with a mixer until sugar dissolves.
- Grease the baking dish with oil. Put the curd mass into a mold. Put strawberries cut lengthwise into two parts on the curd mass.
- We send the curd pudding with strawberries to the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
