Curd roll with seafood filling

Cook: 1 hour

Ingredients

Dough:

  • Cottage cheese – 200 g
  • Egg – 2 pcs.
  • Whole grain flour – 100-150 g
  • Rye bran – 3 tbsp
  • Spices – to taste (I have chili for spiciness and a little hop-surely)
    Salt to taste
  • Soda – a couple of pinches

Filling:

  • Shrimp and squid – 200 g
  • Corn – 100 g
  • Rice – 50-80 g (better, of course, unpeeled)
  • Raw egg – 2 pcs.
  • Small carrots – 1 pc.
  • Green onions and parsley to taste
  • Spices and salt to taste

Directions

  1. To make a roll of curd dough, add eggs beaten with salt to the curd, add everything else and knead the dough. I have it very fragrant, in general, I like to make spicy dough!)
  2. Filling: add shrimp, squid, corn, carrots, onions, greens, pre-chopped in a blender, plus a raw egg to rice, boiled until half cooked (I have it from the microwave). Knead the filling, salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the curd dough, fill it on top. We roll it up, grease it with an egg and send the curd roll to the hot oven for 40-45 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
