  • Cottage cheese (low-fat) – 100 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Flour – 2-3 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Soda – on the tip of a knife
  • Vegetable oil (for lubricating the waffle iron) – 0.25 teaspoon

  1. Mix sugar, butter, and eggs.
  2. Add cottage cheese.
  3. Add flour and soda. Stir the curd waffle dough until smooth.

  4. Grease waffle iron and heat.
  5. Spread out 0.5 tablespoon. tablespoons of dough in the middle of the waffle iron. Close it and bake the waffle for 1.5 minutes.
    Remove the finished curd waffles from the waffle iron and quickly roll-up.

  6. You can sprinkle the cottage cheese wafer rolls with powdered sugar.
