  • 100 g natural yourt
  • 150 g yourt (vanilla yourt)
  • 100 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • 2 tablespoon elderflower syrup
  • 1 tablespoon honey

For decoration:

Instructions

  1. Pluck the washed currants from the panicles and place in the blender. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  2. Pour into two large glasses and garnish with mint leaves if you like. Serve immediately.
