Ingredients

  • 400 ml whipped cream
  • 500 g currants
  • 5 sachets vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 250 ml vodka
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except the cream in a blender and beat until creamy for about 5 minutes.
  2. After a resting time of approx. 30 to 40 minutes, whip again briefly, then add the cream and fill the bottles with the liqueur.
  3. Enjoy the currant and cream liqueur cold. Put the liqueur in the refrigerator for the cream and consume within a few weeks.
