Ingredients

  • 600 g currants
  • 600 g nectarine (s), pitted and diced
  • 1 kg preserving sugar
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice

Instructions

  1. Strip the currants from the stems. Mix with the nectarines, lemon juice and preserving sugar and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. As soon as the jam boils, let it cook for another 3 - 4 minutes. Immediately fill the prepared jars to the brim and seal.
