Ingredients

  • 8 cl cranberry juice
  • 2 cl rum
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine, dry
  • 1 ½ tablespoon currants, frozen
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 2 currant panicle (s), fresh
  • sugar
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put the chilled rum, cranberry juice, mint leaves, frozen currants and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and mix well.
  2. Pour into a large wine glass with a capacity of approx. 400 ml and fill up with sparkling wine as desired.
  3. Wash the currant panicles, roll them in sugar and hang them on the edge of the glass as a decoration.
