  • 100 g currants, red
  • 100 g apricot (s), fresh
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 200 g buttermilk
  • Lemon juice or lime juice
  • sugar or agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Destroy the currants and wash them. Wash, halve and core the apricots. Peel and roughly chop the banana.
  2. Mix the fruit with the buttermilk and some citrus juice and season with sugar or agave syrup.
