Ingredients

  • 200 g currants, red
  • 100 g apricot (s), fresh
  • 200 g orane juice, freshly squeezed or hih-quality finished product
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • sugar or agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Destroy the currants and wash them. Wash, halve and core the apricots.
  2. Mix the currants with the apricots, orange juice and lemon juice. Possibly season with sugar or agave syrup and serve in glasses.
