Ingredients

  • 200 g currants, red
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 300 g yourt
  • 2 tablespoon amaretto
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 100 g biscuit (s) (Cantuccini)
  • 50 g chocolate, dark, possibly more

Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the currants. Set aside four currant panicles to decorate. Strip the rest of the berries from the panicles and stir the mascarpone, yoghurt, amaretto, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Fold the berries into the cream. Possibly sweeten.
  2. Roughly chop the cantuccini and chocolate. (I put the cantuccini in a freezer bag and mash them with a rolling pin. They shouldn`t become too crumbly, they should still be nice pieces.)
  3. Fold both under the cream. Divide between four glasses and decorate with the currant panicles.
  4. Tip:
  5. You can also layer berries, chocolate, biscuits and cream in a glass unmixed. It looks great and tastes at least as good!
  6. The cream is easy to prepare, only the cantuccini should be added shortly before serving so that it stays crispy.
