Cheesecake is a curd (cheese) dessert in which a creamy curd layer is laid out on a base of cookie crumbs.

- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
- Grease the cake pan with butter.
- Grind the cookies in a blender, mix with melted butter, and place tightly on the bottom of the mold.
- Stir curd cheese with sugar, add milk and eggs, then sour cream and flour. Separate 1/4 of the mass and add mashed fresh red currant to it.
- Pour the bulk into a mold. Add the mass with currants on top.
- Bake in the oven for about an hour. Serve with a sprig of red currants.
