Currant Сheesecake

Cheesecake is a curd (cheese) dessert in which a creamy curd layer is laid out on a base of cookie crumbs.

Ingredients

  • biscuits100 g
  • butter 50 g
  • curd cheese “Philadelphia” 800 g
  • red currant 50 g
  • sugar 150 g
  • milk 100 ml
  • eggs 4 pcs.
  • sour cream 100 g
  • flour 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  2. Grease the cake pan with butter.
  3. Grind the cookies in a blender, mix with melted butter, and place tightly on the bottom of the mold.
  4. Stir curd cheese with sugar, add milk and eggs, then sour cream and flour. Separate 1/4 of the mass and add mashed fresh red currant to it.
  5. Pour the bulk into a mold. Add the mass with currants on top.
  6. Bake in the oven for about an hour. Serve with a sprig of red currants.
