Ingredients

  • 150 ml plant milk (plant drink), e.g., Coconut milk and hazelnut milk
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped with xylitol (sugar substitute) or erythritol
  • 0.25 ¼ teaspoon, leveled cinnamon
  • 1 handful currants

Instructions

  1. Mix the chia seeds well in the plant milk with the Xucker the evening before. I took 3/4 coconut milk and 1/4 hazelnut milk. Take the milk you like. Leave to stand in the room for half an hour, stirring 2 - 3 times to avoid clumping. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Just before breakfast, take it out of the fridge, stir in the cinnamon and add the washed and plucked currants. I then mashed the whole thing briefly to distribute the taste of the currants. Possibly add Xucker. Depending on the consistency you prefer, milk or chia seeds can also be added.
