  • 130 g suar
  • 100 g flour
  • 30 g tier nut (s), roasted
  • 130 g dark chocolate
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 200 g currants, fresh

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with sugar until creamy, add the egg yolks and continue to beat until creamy. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and carefully fold into the mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture. Mix the baking powder and flour, sieve and add to the dough with the tiger nuts.
  2. Wash and pluck currants.
