  • 100 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 100 g cheese, rated (e.. Gouda)
  • 100 g parmesan, freshly rated
  • Flour for the work surface

Instructions

  1. Grease four baking sheets. Sift the flour and salt into a large bowl. Stir in the curry, cheese and parmesan. Rub the butter in with your fingers and work everything into a soft dough.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Roll out the dough thinly into a rectangle on a lightly floured work surface. Use a cookie cutter (5 cm diameter) to cut 40 round biscuits out of the dough. Spread the biscuits on the prepared baking sheets and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Let the finished biscuits cool down briefly on the trays. Then let cool completely on a wire rack so that they become crispy.
