Ingredients

  • 2 ½ kg cucumber (s)
  • 5 onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon salt
  • 3 cup vinegar (spirit vinegar)
  • 3 cup / s sugar
  • 2 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, ground
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice cucumbers (medium size). Also cut the onions into slices. Add 3 tablespoons of salt. Let everything stand for 2 hours and then pour off the liquid. Then add the other ingredients and enjoy.
  2. Tip: I`ve already (out of time) mixed everything together in one go and let it steep overnight. A lot of liquid then forms, but it is not without it.
