Ingredients

  • 600 g scampi or prawns
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons curry
  • salt
  • Peperoncini
  • cream

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the onions and garlic cloves and fry them in the pan with the melted butter. Add the curry powder and the scampi and season with salt and the peperoncini. Cook this on a high flame for 7-8 minutes.
  2. Add some warm water and cream to make a sauce.
  3. This goes well with rice or pasta.
  4. As it is less spicy, just use a little more cream or do without the peperoncini.
