Instructions

  1. Cut the Kasseler Ripple or the Kasseler leftovers into cubes, peel and core the apples and also cut them into cubes.
  2. Cut the onion into fine cubes and let it glaze in the hot butter. Add the curry to taste and sweat while stirring. The curry unfolds its full aroma in the heat! Dust with 2 tablespoons of flour and add 1/4 l of water while stirring. Mix everything together until you have a smooth sauce. Top up with the cream and let the smoked pork chops heat up on the lowest level. Finally add the apple cubes and just let them get hot, it shouldn`t boil anymore. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. There is also rice.

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
