Ingredients

  • 750 g smoked pork (salmon)
  • 400 ml white wine
  • 3 small bell peppers, yellow, green, red, cut into strips
  • 1 medium onion (s), dice
  • 1 leek, cut into rings
  • 250 g mushrooms, small ones, leave whole
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 0.5 ½ cup tomato puree
  • some marjoram
  • basil
  • Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground
  • 100 g cheese, rated Emmentaler

Instructions

  1. Cook the meat in the wine for approx. 40 minutes, but do not let it boil, then let it cool down in it.
  2. Fry the vegetables in the butter, dust with flour, add the tomato puree and the wine from the meat and simmer for 10 minutes while stirring. Season to taste with salt, pepper and the herbs.
  3. Cut the cold meat into slices and place in a baking dish, spread the vegetable mixture over it and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Baked at 200 ° until the cheese is golden brown.
  4. Fresh ciabatta tastes best with it.
