Ingredients

  • 250 g tomato paste
  • 125 ml water
  • 125 g suar
  • 30 g curry powder
  • 0.5 ½ cup cucumber liquid
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper

Instructions

  1. Warm the water. Dissolve the sugar in the warm water and add the tomato paste to the saucepan. Finally add the curry powder, cucumber water, salt and pepper and briefly bring to the boil.
  2. Fill the still warm ketchup into screw-top jars and close. The ketchup can be kept in the refrigerator for four weeks
