Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta (fusilli)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), green
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 3 sausages, coarse
  • 1 dash soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • Salt or granulated broth
  • oil
  • water (salt water)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pasta in salted water as instructed. In the meantime, press the bratwurst out of the skin, chop and fry well in a pan with a little oil. Add the curry powder and the chopped garlic and sauté briefly.
  2. Then add the peppers cut into strips, season with salt, put the lid on and cook for about 10 minutes. Season with the soy sauce at the end. If it is too dry, you can add a little more water and add granular broth to taste.
  3. Add the vegetable meat mixture to the noodles and mix well. We then spice it up.
