Ingredients

  • 4 peach (s), ripe (alternatively 8 peach halves from the can)
  • 80 g suar, brown
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped curry powder, mild
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tablespoon orange liqueur
  • some butter to coat the baking dish
  • 4 scoops ice cream, vanilla
  • some mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Briefly dip the peaches in hot water, peel off the skin, cut the peaches in half and remove the stone. If you want to save yourself this work, you can take 8 peach halves out of the can and let them drain well.
  2. Place the peach halves in a greased baking dish with the cut surface facing up. Mix the sugar and curry powder well and spread over the peach halves. Then put flakes of butter on top.
  3. Put the pan in the oven and bake everything at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  4. Take out, drizzle with the orange liqueur.
  5. Serve with vanilla ice cream and decorate with mint leaves. If you like, you can add a little whipped cream.
