  • 400 ml water

Instructions

  1. First the onions are peeled, diced and fried together with the minced meat in hot oil. Season with salt and pepper. The tomatoes are peeled and also diced, then put into the pan together with the rice, the water, the sambal oelek and the curry powder and boiled together. As soon as it boils, remove the heat and leave to swell with the lid closed for about a quarter of an hour (until the rice has absorbed the liquid and is done). Serve immediately.
