Ingredients

  • 3 small onion (s)
  • 1 small Glass pickled cucumber (vinegar)
  • Fat, for frying
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • some water
  • 1 bottle tomato ketchup
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon, leveled curry powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Worcester sauce

Instructions

  1. Roughly dice the onions. Halve the pickles and cut into slices.
  2. Fry the onions, then add the cucumbers. Then add the tomato paste and stir vigorously, deglaze with a little water. Add the bottle of tomato ketchup. Season to taste with vinegar, curry powder, cayenne pepper and Worcester sauce.
  3. Let the sauce simmer gently.
