  • 0.25 liter ¼ chicken broth
  • Curry powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the meat with salt and pepper and fry in a little oil. Add some cream. Season with curry, then fill up with the broth. Let the meat simmer until done. Add the pineapple pieces and the rest of the cream, bring to the boil again and season with curry, salt and pepper. If necessary, thicken with a light sauce thickener.
  2. Serve with rice or ribbon noodles.
