  • 1 large bell pepper (s)
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 1 small Piece (s) butter
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • some chilli flakes
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Let the couscous soak according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, wash the peppers and spring onions. Finely dice the paprika, cut the spring onions into fine rings.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the vegetables for about 2 - 3 minutes. Add the couscous and fry briefly. Stir in coconut milk and season with the spices.
