Ingredients
- 300 g rice
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- some ginger
- some oil
- 250 g shrimp (s)
- 2 tablespoon curry
- some tomato paste
- 400 ml vegetable stock
- 300 g crème fraîche
- 100 g yourt
- some lemon juice
- salt
- pepper

- First you cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet or how you cook it.
- In the meantime, cut the onion, garlic and ginger into very small cubes and sweat them in a little oil in a slightly higher pan / wok over medium heat.
- Now fry the prawns briefly and add the curry powder and some tomato paste.
- Now delete it with the vegetable stock and stir in the crème fraîche and the yogurt. Then taste the curry with a little lemon juice and salt and pepper.
- The curry is a bit runny at first - so let it simmer over medium heat for a while until it has the desired consistency.
- Finally, just serve the cooked rice together with the curry on the plate.
- When I took the photo, I didn`t sear the prawns and included them in the curry, instead I added them separately. But I would rather recommend it to you as described in the recipe above.
