Ingredients
- 150 g natural yourt
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoon vinegar (e.g. white balsamic vinegar)
- 0.5 ½ onion (s), (finely chopped)
- 2 teaspoon curry powder, spicy (e.g. Madras curry)
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- chives
- parsley

- Mix all ingredients together and pour over the salad. Goes with all leaf salads, but my favorite is lamb`s lettuce with cucumber and then this dressing. Hmmm delicious!
