Ingredients

  • 4 sausages, reduced fat
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 400 ml tomato (s), passed
  • 350 g tomato peppers, cut into strips
  • 3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • Curry powder
  • Spice (s) your choice

Instructions

  1. Cut the sausages into slices, heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the sausage slices in it and remove them.
  2. Put the tomatoes with the drained tomato peppers in the pan and stir in the honey with the ketchup and curry powder. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar and spices of your choice.
  3. Put the bratwurst slices in the sauce and heat. Season to taste and serve.
