Ingredients

  • 350 g onion (s)
  • 900 g sausae (currywurst)
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon curry
  • 750 ml broth, clear
  • 2 cans tomato (s), peeled
  • 2 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • some salt and pepper
  • 125 g ketchup (curry ketchup)
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 1 bag crisps (potato sticks - snacks)
  • some curry

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Cut the curry sausages into slices.
  2. Heat the oil in a large saucepan, fry the sausage slices in it and remove them. Sweat the onions in the frying fat until translucent and sprinkle with curry powder.
  3. Deglaze with clear broth, add tomatoes with juice, sugar and salt and cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Puree the soup with the hand blender and stir in the curry ketchup.
  4. Add the sausage slices and season again. Serve with a dollop of sour cream, potato sticks and curry powder.
